Welcome to the Tom Roehl Foundation. This year our main fundraising event will be the Tom Roehl Round-Ball Classic, taking place on December 23rd, from 9:30am-5pm at the Coupeville High School Gym. This fundraising supports the Tom Roehl foundation and the Tom Roehl memorial Scholarships.
The Tom Roehl Foundation was set up to provide scholarship opportunities for graduating seniors from Coupeville and South Whidbey High School. Historically, the Tom Roehl Memorial Scholarship was given each year to a graduate from Coupeville High School who showed leadership and excellence in three ways; athletics, academics, and community involvement. Our mission is to continue to provide this scholarship for many years to come, supporting graduates from Coupeville High School. Recently, the Tom Roehl Foundation was able to expand the support it provides to the Whidbey Island Community and now provides a scholarship to a graduate of South Whidbey High School that best exemplifies how their community volunteering has helped define their character and contribute to their academic endeavors.
The Tom Roehl Foundation uses a variety of recreational and welness activities, including the Tom Roehl Round-Ball Classic, Flag Football Tournaments and Turkey Bowl games as primary fundraising events to support the Tom Roehl Memorial Scholarships. All our events are open to Whidbey Island Alumni, Family, and Friends, but if you are not able to attend one of these events and would like to support the scholarship you can do so through paypal, here on the website, or by mailing a check directly to the Tom Roehl Foundation.
